Corporate giving and community involvement

We are committed to giving back to the communities where we operate. We encourage and celebrate community involvement and employee engagement through our Do Better Together initiative. Our programme includes:

Donate 8 Programme: Employees are allotted eight hours of paid time off per calendar year during regularly scheduled work hours to volunteer for eligible organisations.

Matching Gifts Programme and Corporate Giving: We encourage our employees and directors to give back to the community by matching their contributions to eligible charitable organisations through our Matching Gifts Programme. In 2023, we matched and directly funded about $185,000 in employee and director donations to over 100 charitable organisations worldwide.
